Site Supervisor – Cleaning Company

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor with a background in cleaning and strong leadership skills.

About Us:

We are a multicultural company, and our working language is English. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Danish is not required.

Main Responsibilities

Cleaning at your assigned locations
Quality checks on staff performance
Training and onboarding new/existing employees
Stock and supply management
Deliveries to staff, customers, and laundry
Sick/holiday cover and ad hoc staffing support

Experience with Kiehl products is a plus – not a must.

A valid driver’s license is required – we provide a company vehicle.

Working Hours

Full-time, primarily Mon–Fri starting at 05:00 AM, approx. 7–8 hours/day.

Weekend work will occasionally occur.
