Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales strategies to effectively promote products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to position offerings effectively.
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage customer relationships efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product proficiency.
- Fluent in Norwegian, with strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales (at least 1 year if prooven records) is requiered.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mentality.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working autonomously and in teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is advantageous.
- Open to relocating to Athens and embracing the local lifestyle.
