Senior .NET Software Engineer in Finance Tribe
Join us in the Finance Tribe where we have a substantial backlog of initiatives, delivering on our goals to provide fast and correct financials to investors, regulators, and internal decision-makers - as well as optimize the management of the financial resources in Danske Bank.
We have in Finance Tribe made huge progress in exploiting public cloud (AWS) for the benefit of our users and customers. We have the target to have all the application landscape running on public cloud within a short timeframe.
Your Team
You will be part of a team comprised of .NET developers, BI Engineers, DevOps professionals, IT System Analysts, and Business Analysts. This cross-functional squad is committed to deliver global technology solutions across all financial domains.We are about 150 software engineers and 240 people all in all.
Our team operates primarily from Vilnius and Copenhagen, following a hybrid work model. We expect team members to be present in our brand-new Copenhagen office 3-4 days a week - with the possibility to work from home other days.
You will- Develop and maintain code for profitability engine logic using .NET Core
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs
- Ensure high-quality code by writing automated tests
- Work extensively with AWS Public Cloud services
- Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
- Embrace and leverage AI tools as part of your development workflow to enhance productivity and innovation
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues
- Experience with .NET
- Experience with a Cloud Service Provider (AWS (preferred) , Azure or Google Cloud)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write effective unit tests
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
- You are outgoing and proactive in fostering collaboration across teams
- Advanced English skills
