Om Stillingen Som supervisor i Teknisk Afdeling på Quality Hotel The Reef vil du spille en central rolle i den daglige drift og udvikling af vores tekniske infrastruktur.
Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med afdelingslederen og teamet for at sikre høj kvalitet i vores tekniske services, understøtte vores medarbejdere og bidrage til innovative løsninger i et hotel, der byder på alt fra avancerede AV-systemer i mødelokalerne til komplekse vandbehandlingsanlæg i badelandet.
Din indsats er afgørende for, at hotellet altid fremstår velholdt og indbydende, og at vi proaktivt forebygger nedslidning for at sikre en problemfri og uforglemmelig gæsteoplevelse.Stillingen indebærer en spændende blanding af praktiske opgaver, koordinering og ledelsesmæssig sparring.
Dine Ansvarsområder Daglig support og fejlfinding: Håndtering af tekniske udfordringer inden for IT, AV, netværk, bygningsautomatik og specialudstyr relateret til hotellets faciliteter som badeland, køkkener og barer.
Vedligeholdelse og reparationer: Aktivt deltage i og koordinere vedligeholdelsesopgaver på tværs af hotellet for at forebygge nedslidning og sikre, at alle faciliteter er i top stand.
Udføre og overvåge reparationer hurtigt og effektivt, herunder opgaver der kræver håndværksmæssig snilde.
Koordinering af opgaver og projekter: Sikre en effektiv planlægning og udførelse af tekniske opgaver og mindre projekter på tværs af hotellets mange områder, altid med fokus på at opretholde en knivskarp standard.
Assistere afdelingslederen: Bidrage til planlægning, ressourceallokering og den daglige ledelse af teamet i et komplekst hotelmiljø.Uddannelse og vejledning: Dele din viden og hjælpe kolleger med tekniske spørgsmål og oplæring i hotellets specifikke systemer.
Optimering og innovation: Bidrage til at forbedre arbejdsgange og implementere nye, spændende teknologier, der kan forbedre gæsteoplevelsen og driften.Sikkerhed og standarder: Sikre, at alle tekniske løsninger overholder gældende sikkerhedsstandarder og retningslinjer, herunder specifikke krav til badeland og fødevareområder, for at garantere gæsternes sikkerhed og komfort.
Dine Kvalifikationer Uddannelse: Relevant teknisk uddannelse Håndværksmæssige kvalifikationer: Du har dokumenterede håndværksmæssige kvalifikationer og erfaring med praktisk arbejde inden for vedligeholdelse og reparation, f.eks.
som elektriker, VVS'er, tømrer eller lignende.
Erfaring: Minimum 3-5 års erfaring inden for et teknisk felt, gerne med erfaring fra en lignende koordinerende eller assisterende lederrolle, og gerne fra en hotel- eller servicevirksomhed med komplekse faciliteter.
Du har en solid forståelse for vedligeholdelse og reparation og brænder for at levere høj kvalitet.
Tekniske kompetencer: Stærke IT-kompetencer og erfaring med forskellige operativsystemer og netværk.Kendskab til AV-udstyr, bygningsautomatik og/eller tekniske installationer i badelande/køkkener er et stort plus!
Sprog: Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
Personlige egenskaber: Du er struktureret, løsningsorienteret og trives med at tage initiativ.
Du er en ægte teamplayer med gode samarbejdsevner og et positivt mindset, der kan bevare overblikket i pressede situationer i et travlt hotelmiljø.Du har et skarpt øje for detaljer og en passion for at sikre, at hotellet altid fremstår knivskarpt for vores gæster.
