With an agile mindset, methodological expertise, and understanding of business needs, this role ensures efficient and transparent project execution. Your role and responsibilities As Senior Project Manager in the Digital Project Management team, you will: Lead and manage complex digital transformation programs or large-scale IT, data, or product initiatives Ensure all project objectives are aligned with strategic corporate priorities Oversee program-level governance, budgeting, and risk management Coach and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and lead steering committees Define and implement best practices in Digital Project Management Contribute to the evolution of PM tools, KPIs, and reporting structures Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams Value creation as Senior Project Manager As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation projects across the DLG Group.
Increase success rates of strategic digital initiatives Improve resource efficiency and minimize budget variances Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and decision-making Foster an innovation-driven project culture Ensure alignment between digital strategies and overall business objectives What you bring You are a strategic and hands-on PM professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and business with strong communication and facilitation skills.You likely bring: 8+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in digital or technology-driven environments Deep understanding of agile and hybrid project management methodologies Proven track record in leading global or cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational abilities Fluency in English and German required; Danish language skills are an advantage What we offer A key role in shaping DLG’s digital transformation.
