In Product Supply (PS), you will turn strategy into action across our global manufacturing network by aligning and driving cross-functional programs that advance Allergy+.This is a highly visible, enterprise role where you own the integrated PS roadmap and orchestrate execution across sites to boost capacity, accelerate digitalization, improve sustainability, increase cost efficiency, and strengthen GXP compliance.The positionThe position is part of the small, global Business Support & EHS corporate function. The team head reports to the EVP and supports Product Supply with strategic services in manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, risk management, performance management, and EHS. As Director PS Strategy Development and Risk Management you will connect the dots, translating Allergy+ into a single, living PS roadmap with clear interdependencies, risks, and milestones. You raise the bar on execution bringing rhythm, visibility, and focus to a portfolio that spans capacity expansions, IT/digital, in- and out-sourcing and sustainability. You will de-risk execution by partnering with Engineering, Procurement, and site leaders to anticipate risks and secure continuity. You give leaders line-of-sight, delivering concise, decision-ready portfolio insights to senior stakeholders and the Investment Portfolio Committee.Your tasks and responsibilities:Strategy planning and program oversight Own the integrated PS roadmap across all sites—consolidating major PS projects and programs and keeping it current as strategies evolve.Facilitate regular reviews with project leads and site teams, focusing on milestones, risks, mitigations, and resource needs.Produce and distribute a monthly executive dashboard summarizing key metrics, achievements, and bottlenecks for senior management, aligned with governance forums.Support site strategy updates when required to ensure alignment with Allergy+.Governance and cross-functional collaborationServe as a member of the Investment Portfolio Committee (IPC), keeping governance boards informed with crisp status and escalation paths.Harmonize ways of working across ALK by collaborating with various enterprise PMOs; promote best practices and consistent standards.Build strong relationships with site leadership and initiative owners to enable shared ownership of outcomes.Ensure foundational project documentation (charters, risk analyses, timelines) meets common standards and is aligned with other initiatives.Plan investment applications well in advance, ensuring time for challenging sessions and adherence to standards.Investment, risk and continuityCo-own the investment process together with Finance and Engineering, ensuring effective stage gates and high-quality capex submissions.Lead PS risk mapping, engineering surveys, and business continuity planning in close partnership with Engineering and Procurement.This position is based at our Headquarter in Hørsholm, Denmark with some travelling to PS sites in Europe and the USA.Your profile You bring extensive experience with 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medtech within GMP/GxP environments and a proven track record leading large, complex projects and/or programs across manufacturing/supply chain networks. Moreover, bring:Strong portfolio/PMO experience with the ability to standardize governance, integrate roadmaps, and drive cross-site delivery.Executive-level communication and influence skills; comfortable engaging in governance forums and with senior stakeholders.You are confident working as an individual contributor but adept at driving collaboration across multiple teams.Excellent communication skills in English.It will be a plus if you also have:Experience in capacity planning/expansion programs, IT/digital transformations (e.g., ERP/MES), and sustainability initiatives.Familiarity with investment processes, stage gates, and capex.Exposure to validation, change control, tech transfer, and business continuity planning.Certifications (PMP/Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe) and tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet/MS Project) are a plus but not required.Become a part of ALKALK is a global pharmaceutical company specializing in allergy immunotherapy.
