Product Owner for Regulatory Reporting Squad

To support this journey, we are seeking a Product Owner in the Regulatory Reporting Block who will lead the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog of business and IT requirements in close collaboration with the squad, business users, and management.
You will:
- Act as a subject-matter expert on regulatory frameworks, sharing knowledge and helping to grow team competencies
- Own the agenda for providing a sustainable and consistent data model for EBA (e.g., FINREP) and ECB (e.g., MFI, AnaCredit) regulatory frameworks and build a new cloud-based Regulatory Reporting Platform
- Collaborate closely with your squad and stakeholders across the bank
- Ensure that business and technical requirements are well-defined, documented, and thoroughly tested
- Maintain strong alignment with end-users on objectives and key results
About you:
- Relevant experience as a Product Owner, Team Lead, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
- A proactive, motivated mindset and a keen interest working in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to set clear direction and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Capability to lead backlog prioritization and smoothly transition to emerging requirements
- Preferably, a strong understanding of data and systems, ideally within finance or accounting domains
- A collaborative and open-minded team player who inspires and engages squad members and stakeholders, promoting strong cooperation and transparent dialogue
- Advanced English skills

We offer:
This position can be located in either Denmark or Lithuania. If the position is based in Lithuania, the salary range is from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (depending on your skills relevant to the job).
