You will report directly to the Managing Director at BAADER Food Systems Denmark A/S.Your future tasks will include:Be the primary driver together with the team in building, controlling, and developing quality processes and ensuring implementation in the organization (ISO 9001-2015 certified since 2021).This includes ensuring managers and departments take ownership of their QMS areas as we continue implementing IPW and migrating existing documentation.Update and develop quality procedures and policies according to internal and external requirements, including relevant compliance lists covering H&S, environmental topics and EU directives.Facilitate the ongoing work building up and developing the QM module in SAP to be implemented in all BAADER sites.Manage the Health & Safety organization on both Danish sites and actively work to increase safety awareness and support a cultural change through the management team.Collect and identify quality cost and implement corrective actions.Facilitate a safe work environment and a good quality culture, including ensuring basic NCR handling across the organization so that deviations are registered and that corrective actions (CAPA) are implemented.Create test procedures in cooperation with Engineering and R&D.Participate in the processing of claims and the subsequent internal follow-up.ESG / CSRD activities related to new reporting requirements.Develop new and existing suppliers together with the Purchase department.Ensure good supplier quality on existing suppliers.Monthly report to the management team.Responsible for Food Contact Material Self-control Program, including strengthening our compliance with the FCM Directive and ensuring proper documentation and traceability for all food contact materials.Support the establishment of Environmental Management in line with ISO 14001 requirements (no certification planned).Develop the QHSE team so they can be able to support the requirements from the organization and external stakeholders.Estimated number of travel days is approximately 20–30 days per year.Your qualifications, experience and personal skills:Most likely you hold a degree as Quality Engineer or Production Engineer, preferably with a minimum of 5 years’ experience from a similar position in a production company within the metal industry.Candidates with a proven track record with implementation of quality procedures and cross-country work relation experience will be preferred – especially within QMS implementation and anchoring responsibility in line organizations.A craft and hands-on background is an advantage, as this position requires, in addition to the quality work, a relatively deep technical understanding.It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical components and a good understanding of drawings.You are an experienced user of IT systems and especially SAP.You are an experienced user of Quality Management Systems, and it will be an advantage if you have worked with IPW as administrator.You have a very good understanding of the QM module in SAP.You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and speech.You are a trained and certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001-2015).Personal qualifications:You are a stable and motivating leader, who creates followership, and who can drive cultural change related to safety and quality ownership.You possess overview, are professionally well-grounded, and work in a structured and targeted manner.You have a business-oriented approach to tasks and communicate clearly and distinctly.You are a team player, who helps and collaborates across the BAADER organization.Your mindset is characterized by ownership and optimism with a continuous positive approach to solving challenges.You enjoy working in an informal, hands-on and joyous atmosphere without compromising professionalism.It is important to you that your colleagues thrive and work in a safe environment.
