Social Media & Community Specialist (Full-Time)

At Levitate, we create innovative prosthetic solutions that help people move, perform, and live without limits. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Specialist to help us grow and strengthen our global online presence and community.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media culture, enjoys storytelling, and can execute content while following a strong creative vision and brand direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Plan and coordinate social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Prepare monthly content plans and support campaign execution
- Edit short-form video content (mainly reels and social media videos)
- Simple editing tasks such as cutting clips, adding subtitles, inserting graphics, music, transitions, and formatting content for different platforms
- Follow and execute the creative direction and visual identity of the brand
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team on content ideas and launches
- Collaborate with our social media team in Ukraine to archive, organize, and repurpose content for global social media platforms
- Coordinate with UGC creators, ambassadors, athletes, and community members
- Source and identify new UGC creators aligned with the brand
- Prepare creator briefs and support creator collaborations from outreach to delivery
- Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, reposts, and community interaction
- Help build and strengthen a strong community around the brand and our mission
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Passionate about social media, storytelling, and community building
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Familiar with UGC creator culture and creator collaboration workflows
- Able to follow a clear creative vision while bringing your own ideas and initiative
- Comfortable editing content in tools like Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills and confidence working with external creators and communities
- Interested in sports, lifestyle, innovation, or purpose-driven brands
