Project Manager – PMO Team, Nordic & Baltic Region Join Us in Driving Operational Excellence Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our PMO Team. In this key role, you will be an integral part of our Business Process Reengineering (BPR) project, leading initiatives to develop and implement standardized, harmonized business processes across multiple entities.
You will ensure alignment with corporate policies and support our strategic goals for efficiency and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute actively to the ongoing BPR project by analyzing and documenting current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) corporate business processes.Propose and implement process improvements to increase standardization and harmonization across the group.Lead process improvement projects by managing project teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring action plans are executed on time and within scope—working closely with Business Unit (Cement, RMC) stakeholders.Coordinate resources and manage stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.Partner with Group stakeholders, local management, and process owners to align operations with corporate structures, policies, and strategic priorities.Act as an internal process expert, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth implementation and swift issue resolution.Support the Group Program Manager on specific projects and activities.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of ERP systems
- particularly SAP
