We have gone through a transformation over the last years - and our journey is not over yet. We are looking for a Department and Optimization Manager to take the lead in optimizing, developing, and maintaining our processes in BESTSELLER Logistics.
YOUR TEAM Join our dedicated Team at BESTSELLER Logistics in Taulov (BST), where collaboration is at the heart of our success. The team is a dynamic group of shift leads and specialists who work closely together to drive process improvements and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable results.
In addition to your role at BST, you’ll contribute to the development and optimisation of our other logistics sites in Løsning, Erritsø and Fredericia. Here, your insights and experience will be an important part of shaping our continued growth as one team across locations.
YOUR ROLE As Department and Optimization Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance at BST – including the NOOS picking operations for six of our brands, supported by four shift leads and approximately 60 colleagues. Beyond day-to-day leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping smarter and more effective ways of working across our four warehouse locations.

You’ll collaborate with managers, operations leads and tech partners to ensure digitalisation, balance workloads and keep service levels high. Your responsibilities will include: Taking the lead in developing new business solutions and procedures across our other sites in Løsning, Erritsø and Fredericia Ensuring the right capabilities, processes, systems, and organizational setup to deliver on the strategic goals Managing stakeholders across Logistics Operations, BESTSELLER TECH and external technology vendors, who are all important in making best practice become reality Leading optimisation and digital initiatives that drive efficiency and operational excellence.

With your passion and persistence, it feels natural to you to navigate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition, we are looking for the following specific qualifications: +5 years of experience driving process optimization in the intersection between people, systems and technology – preferably in logistics or production Proven experience leading leaders and setting direction through others Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations, Planning, and IT An educational background within logistics, supply chain or production is preferred Fluent in Danish and English – written and spoken.
