- Denmark Financial Project ManagerTo strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Financial Project Manager for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base out of Siemens A/S office in Ballerup.
If you have strong financial and analytical skills, enjoy working at the intersection of finance and projects, and have a structured approach to problem-solving, this role could be perfect for you.
Your ability to combine financial expertise with project management principles will be valuable in driving the success of our Electrification & Automation business unit.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to gain great insight into the value chain and the organization of Siemens Smart Infrastructure as well as gaining knowledge and expertise in diverse financial and commercial processes, both operative and strategic.You should apply for this position if you are passionate about hands-on project finance, contract management, and would like to develop your competence further within this area.What are your responsibilities?• Take ownership of the commercial success of complex projects from offer to final handover from a financial perspective.• Monitor, control and forecast the financial performance of your project portfolio, driving revenues, margins, and cash flow.• Shape contracts and manage risks by handling claims, change requests, and opportunities with confidence.• Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to the Project Manager – representing Siemens towards the customer and ensuring compliance and transparency at every stage.We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role.As our new Financial Project Manager, you will probably have the following qualifications:• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting (or a similar field).• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project controlling, commercial project management, finance, or audit.• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Danish is a plus• Strong skills in financial analysis and Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.• A structured and analytical mindset, with a result-oriented and proactive approach.• A team player with strong communication skills, able to challenge and drive results.• Comfortable working in an international environment and motivated by creating value for customers.• A growth mindset: eager to learn, open to new ideas, and continuously improving.If you’ve acquired your skills through alternative paths, we encourage you to apply – your experience is equally valuable to usWhat we offerYou will be part of an open and dynamic workplace, where professional and personal development is high on the agenda.
