Full-Time Staff Recruitment
- Position: Full-time Butler, the Japanese Ambassador’s residence
- Qualifications
(1) Fluency in both English and Danish. Japanese proficiency is an asset.
(2) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
(3) Possession of a valid work permit in Denmark
(4) Residence in Copenhagen or the surrounding area- Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Liaison and coordination with the Embassy; management of the residence; basic computer tasks; serving at official lunches, dinners and receptions, and coordinating with the kitchen; contacting contractors in the event of facility malfunctions at the residence; assisting residence staff with tasks such as cleaning and laundry during staff leave.
- Terms of Employment
(1) Salary: Based on Embassy regulations
(2) Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break). Overtime and work on holidays may be required.
(3) Work Location: Ambassador’s Residence (Søholm Park, Hellerup). Temporary work outside the residence may be required.- Application Procedure
