[Position Overview]
The Compliance Handling Specialist will support daily compliance operations related to taxi services, ensuring drivers and operations comply with local regulations, internal policies, and service standards.- Job Description
- Handle compliance-related cases, incidents, and documentation.
- Monitor driver and operational compliance with local taxi regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when needed.
- Support investigations and resolution of operational or compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Assist in implementing compliance processes and improvements..
- Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, operations, customer handling, or related roles.
- Experience in transportation, mobility, taxi, or service industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive cases professionally.
- Fluent English and local communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Benefits
- Salary: 26,100 - 41,000 DKK gross/month.
