SCADA Integration Specialist Do you enjoy turning technical complexity into reliable connections and structured customer onboarding? At Mind Energy, you work with the digital backbone of our energy production and flexibility business. As SCADA Integration Specialist, you take responsibility for onboarding production and flexibility customers, leading the related prequalification processes and connecting wind farms, solar parks, batteries and conventional power plants to the systems that support daily operations and energy markets.
You combine technical expertise with structured coordination, ensuring assets are integrated safely, data flows reliably and stakeholders stay aligned throughout the process. Your work creates the foundation for services that customers, operators and colleagues depend on every day.
DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY
-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE You work at the intersection of energy assets, SCADA systems and customer onboarding, where strong coordination and reliable integrations are key to enabling operations and flexibility services.Alongside the technical integration work, you drive onboarding and prequalification processes, coordinating with customers, asset owners, service providers and internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
Your mission is to: Lead and coordinate onboarding and prequalification projects for production and flexibility customers across the Nordics Configure and maintain SCADA integrations for wind farms, solar parks, battery storage systems and conventional assets Ensure reliable real-time data exchange and high data quality across systems Troubleshoot communication failures, alarms and data issues, coordinating solutions across stakeholders Drive continuous improvements to onboarding processes, integration standards and operational procedures JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You’ll join our Flexibility Solutions team, where specialists work closely with customers, asset owners and internal stakeholders to connect assets to the systems supporting daily operations and market participation.
The team combines SCADA expertise, operational insight and customer focus to ensure efficient onboarding, stable integrations and high-performing services across a diverse and growing asset portfolio You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Success, Trading, Forecasting, Operations and Commercial teams, helping translate technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

You communicate clearly, work proactively and take ownership of progress across stakeholders.
We imagine that you bring: A degree in electrical engineering, automation, control systems, marine engineering, technology management or a similar Experience with SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols and real-time data integration Experience coordinating technical projects, onboarding activities or system integrations involving multiple stakeholders A solid understanding of energy production assets, flexibility solutions, power systems Strong customer communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial domain You do not need to meet every requirement.

This role is based at our Aarhus office.
