Student Assistant, Clinical Trial Supply

We are seeking a passionate student assistant to join our team. As a member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will get to work alongside passionate and competent colleagues in our Clinical Trial Supply Management team.
You will be joining a team consisting of 11 employees and 1 student assistant. You will report directly to Sara Balslev Østergaard, Director Clinical Trial Supply. This position is based in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Administrative support and tasks
- Tasks related to drug accountability
- Archiving documents
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
You are currently enrolled in an academic program such as pharmacy or similar. Ideally you are in the beginning of your bachelor's degree.
We work in a highly structured manner and in accordance with GxP (Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)), with a strong focus on detail. Therefore, we expect you to be:
- Detail oriented
- Approaching your work in a structured manner
- Service minded and eager to support the team
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is required for this role
Key competencies:
You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude. As a person, you are open and outgoing, with strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
Work hours: 10-15 hours/week in the office. Flexibility around exam periods can be arranged with your manager.Office: Tuborg Boulevard 12, 2900 Hellerup
