The position
As a Facility & Utility GMP Supporter you will be at the forefront of our expanding company, shaping its trajectory and impact. You will join our newly established team where you have the unique opportunity to carve out your role according to your strengths and preferences.
The team supports projects and daily operation related to facility, utility and warehouse ensuring the production can run smoothly. The role covers cooling, ventilation and facility related areas. Utility plays a vital role in maintaining compliance within pharmaceutical production.Furthermore, we are looking into a major upgrade of the facility and you are up for an exciting journey.
A workday may include:
- Participation in troubleshooting and support in general within facility and utility-related challenges in a production set-up (e.g. deviations, change requests, updating of documents and SOP’s)
- Support in the qualification of utility systems and improvements as operational responsible (OR)
- Subject matter expert in projects (rebuild and expansions)
- Participate in audits and inspections

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- A background as marine engineer, or an an academic degree within Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Manufacturing engineering, or an equivalent degree within Natural sciences.
- +2 years of expertise within GMP, preferably in one or more areas of utility e.g. cooling, ventilation or facility.
- The capacity to thrive working in a dynamic environment where you can prioritize between several important tasks and their deadlines.
- A high sense of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English..
You are positive by nature, and you exhibit excellent behavior towards your surroundings even when things get busy. You enjoy working independently and in groups across departments and organization.
About the department
You will be a part of our local Business Support department in Kirke Værløse (KV). This is a new department that supports production and the development that the site is going through. The department consists of two teams: Warehouse and Facility & Utility.This role will be in a new and third team, Warehouse and Facility & Utility Support. We also have the overall responsibility for Environment, Health & Safety at site KV.
Business Support KV is part of the overall Business Support department for Finished Product Manufacturing in KV and Tietgen. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across the sites. The other teams in the overall department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity and Training & Onboarding.
In the department, we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible service to production. To help you do this, we will guarantee you a lot of sparring and development feedback. And we make sure to have fun while we drive the business forward.
