Student assistant - Communication and coordination support in Debt Management - København
We work closely with the Debt Management leadership team to drive strategy implementation, operational optimisation, and effective communication across the organisation.
As part of this team, you will contribute to supporting leaders with communication, strategy alignment, and transformation initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in corporate communication and stakeholder engagement. The position is part-time, approximately two days per week, and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
- Key responsibilities
As a communication student, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Townhall and Transformation Update preparation
- Collecting materials and creating or adjusting slides.
- Support for leaders with general communication
- Proofreading documents (leveraging tools like DanskeGPT or CoPilot).
- Ensuring key messages are clear and consistent.
- Assisting with planning and executing local announcements.
- Content creation for Viva Engage
- Preparing and posting updates about Debt Management on Viva Engage.
- Supporting and encouraging leaders and colleagues to share updates, such as success stories, achievements, knowledge sharing, and celebrations (including reminders to take pictures or videos).
- Planning and materials creation for major announcements
- Drafting communication plans.
- Composing emails to stakeholders, leader teams, and employees.
- Preparing presentation materials (e.g., related to office moves or transformations).
- Monitoring communication efforts
- Gathering feedback or creating surveys in tools like Microsoft Forms.
- Assisting with quarterly communication reporting.
- What we are looking for
We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in a relevant programme, such as communication or business administration. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Forms.
- Experience with or interest in internal communication platforms like Viva Engage is a plus.
- A dynamic and supportive team environment.
