About the Role As Global Campaign Manager, you will be at the heart of our global marketing efforts, orchestrating campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and patients across multiple markets. This is not just about managing content, it’s about creating meaningful connections, driving engagement, and ensuring that every campaign reflects our commitment to quality, compliance, and innovation.For this role you will be working from UK or DK. You will lead the execution of centralized campaigns across digital channels, including web, SFMC, social media, and third-party platforms. Working closely with selected media agencies, you will ensure that every piece of content is optimized for impact and aligned with our brand and regulatory standards.
From media planning and purchasing to performance reporting and optimization, you will own the process end-to-end. Your responsibility In this role, you will be the driving force behind campaigns that connect with healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.
Your work will go beyond execution you’ll shape strategies, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable impact. Execution of centralized global customer activation campaigns that not only reach audiences but truly resonate across diverse markets.
You’ll orchestrate multi-channel initiatives spanning web, SFMC, social media, and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistency and relevance at every stage. Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to bring ideas to life. From creative agencies to media specialists, you’ll work hand-in-hand to deliver high-quality, compliant content that reflects LEO Pharma’s brand and purpose.
Take ownership of media planning and purchasing, balancing creativity with cost-efficiency. You’ll manage budgets strategically to maximize ROI while maintaining transparency and accountability. Build and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful engagement and dialogue.
You’ll monitor social interactions, identify trends, and transform insights into actionable strategies that strengthen our digital presence. Measure what matters. You’ll track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and translate data into clear recommendations—ensuring continuous improvement and smarter decision-making for future campaigns.
