If so, this opportunity with DOVISTA could be your next career move. We are looking for a new Manager for our Project Managers in the Project Sales Department.
You will lead five highly skilled colleagues while also running your own projects. Together, you will deliver some of Denmark’s largest and most complex window projects—making a tangible impact on the built environment. Your responsibilities You will report to the Sales Director for Project Sales and, together with the Head of the External Sales Team, drive project sales in Denmark for DOVISTA.
In addition to leading your own team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Technical Consultants, Key Account Managers, external Sales Consultants, production planning, and advisors. You will also dedicate part of your time to managing your own projects, which naturally involves close cooperation with customers.
As leader of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed professionally and that processes and systems support departmental needs—ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence in the collaboration. You will make sure that the daily workload is managed efficiently, ensuring a stable flow of projects and continuous process optimization.
In addition, you will conduct 1:1 meetings, annual reviews, and secure learning within the team—keeping employees satisfied and motivated. As Manager, it is equally important that you “lead from the front,” which means you will also manage your own projects.
This includes tasks such as internal handover meetings, capacity booking, dialogue with customers/advisors, and attending site meetings across Denmark. Other tasks include: Capacity follow-up and booking in the ERP system Onboarding of new Project Managers Sparring and close collaboration with the Project Sales Director on the implementation of new initiatives Participating in training and education activities as needed Taking part in improvement projects—both as Project Manager and project participant Ensuring close cooperation with capacity planning in Poland The department is continuously developing, with a strong focus on the customer journey and the touchpoints that can differentiate DOVISTA in the market.
We also emphasize constructive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. Your qualifications To be considered for this role, you hold a technical degree (e.g., Constructing Architect or Engineer) combined with at least 10–15 years of relevant experience from larger organizations in the construction industry.You have proven experience in managing sales projects and understand all phases—from project initiation and handover from sales through to execution and final delivery to the customer. You have strong customer understanding and know the critical phases of delivering partial contracts to construction projects.
Experience in continuous process and system development is an advantage, as is solid experience in people leadership—including 1:1 meetings, development dialogues, retention, and onboarding. As a person, you are open, engaging, and value direct and constructive dialogue, taking ownership of resolving challenges.
You are a team player who actively contributes and builds on the good ideas of others. You are empathetic and curious—even about technical solutions—and approach both people and tasks with humility. You are patient, structured in your work, and motivated by creating processes that work even better.
You are assertive, thrive in a matrix organization, and have the ability to motivate and coach the people you work with. You maintain a clear overview while staying focused on the details that matter. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant project management tools is essential, and fluency in English is a requirement.
