The Business Excellence team is part of the Digital & Business Excellence department, and we work closely with the other teams in our department, Digital & AI, Data Excellence, and Business Solutions. Together we are responsible for the foundation’s operational and digital ambitions, and we play a central role in making the organisation become more efficient, insight-driven, and ready for the future.

The job
As a Student Assistant in the Business Excellence team, you will support internal projects and initiatives that cut across the organisation, giving you exposure to strategy, business development, and an introduction to the management consulting toolbox. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of projects and tasks, including:
- Conduct research and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Develop presentations and internal analyses to support actionable insights.
- Support scoping, managing, and implementing strategic initiatives across the foundation.
- Driving your own workstreams on selected projects.
- Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project follow-up activities.
Professional and personal qualifications
We imagine that you are currently in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master’s programme within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. We expect you to bring:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally, in writing, and in presenting ideas visually.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to find tangible insights in complex source material.
- A flair for working across disciplines and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A keen interest in strategy, operating models, and transformation management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

The position is part-time (15–20 hours/week) with flexibility around exams and the workplace is at our headquarters in Hellerup.
